Jenn has more than a decade of experience driving growth with tech startups, SMBs, non-profits, and Fortune 1000 companies both as an entrepreneur, and as an innovation & strategy consultant.
She has introduced and implemented design thinking frameworks and the innovation mindset with clients in industries such as retail, healthcare, food service, manufacturing, natural resources, real estate, and education. Prior to Clareo, Jenn worked on new business design and capital-raising strategies at O-H Community Partners, an economic development consulting and strategy firm serving non-profit and civic sector clients.
Her career also includes entrepreneurship in the workforce development, training, and talent management verticals. She has been a featured speaker on topics such as the startup ecosystem, the high-tech job economy, and millennials in the job market, appearing on such outlets as WBEZ Chicago Public Radio, TastyTrade Network, and as a featured speaker or panelist at Chicago Ideas Week and entrepreneur@NU at Northwestern University.
Jenn has BA from Williams College and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
