Ilona Ludewig-Mack is passionate about combining traditional and behavioural strategy tools. For more than 15 years, she has been developing and executing strategies for global and local enterprises, including Siemens, Infineon Technologies, SAP, The Economist, Korean’s National Broadcaster KBS, Moving Brands, Novo Nordisk.
She has worked on three continents and led cross-functional multi-national teams on a wide range of topics, including business transformation, communications & marketing strategy and organisation restructure.
Ilona holds an MBA from France's first business school, ESCP Europe. She is the founder of Natureally Organic Leather, a British luxury leather maker. She is also a founding member of Judith Kerr Primary School, a bilingual primary school in London.
