Esther is an Analyst at Clareo, supporting Clareo's efforts to bring sustained innovation and growth to companies.
Prior to her work at Clareo, Esther researched United Nations peacekeeping fatality trends as a Farrell Fellow at Northwestern University. Her research included statistical analysis and application of theories of state violence and state-building to UN peacekeeping operations. She focused on understanding trends and applying them to policy recommendations. At Clareo, she uses these skills to assist companies in building the capabilities to support their efforts to grow through innovation.
Esther received her BA in Economics and International Studies from Northwestern University.
